Yevgeny V. Fedin

A 2002 graduate of Saratov Chernyshevsky State University who majored in applied information technology, he has been working as a programmer for the past 12 years. Since 2012, Yevgeny Fedin has been involved in working with precinct and territorial commissions as a member with the deciding and consultative vote. He is a member of the technical group for remote e-voting monitoring in Moscow as well as a member of Sonar, an inter-regional social movement of election observers.
