Ivan Brikulsky is currently a lawyer at the Institute of Law and Public Policy (a nonprofit organization performing the functions of a foreign agent), a post-graduate student at the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law at Moscow State University. He has authored several appeals to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, including those on electronic voting and voting rights restrictions. He has also authored of a number of write-ups on the issues of election campaigning on social media, court practice on foreign agents, electronic voting and voting rights restrictions. Ivan Brikulsky is a public law graduate from the HSE University.
