Candidate of Political Sciences, political strategist, journalist and social commentator, he took part in Israel’s municipal council and Knesset electoral campaigns as well as Russian vote from abroad campaigns. Mr. Bocharov worked as election observer in Russian State Duma elections and presidential elections in Russia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. He is also the author of multiple monographs, lectures and textbooks on municipal elections in Israel.
