Olga V. Balabanova

In 2000, Olga Balabanova graduated from Moscow State Law Academy. She is a lawyer at the Moscow Oblast College of Lawyers, a member of the European Club of Experts in Local Self-Government, chief of analytics at the All-Russian Local Self-Government Council (2006–2007). Since 2004, Olga has worked in election campaigns of all levels. In 2021-2023, she was a member of Moscow Oblast Election Commissions with the deciding vote.
