Oleg A. Molchanov (1969 – 2024)

Graduated of the University of Tartu, where he also obtained a PhD in law. Starting in 1997, Oleg A. Molchanov was engaged in legal support of election campaigns, taking part in over 100 campaigns. In 2014, he became one of the founders of the Russian Association of Political Consultants, remaining on its Board of Directors until 2016. Since 2017, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Expert Advisory Council at the Samara Oblast Election Commission. Oleg A. Molchanov passed away on May 4, 2024.
