Born June 8, 1986. In 2008, he graduated from the Russian State Social University with a degree in Political Science. In 2012, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Political Sciences (subject: "Multiparty system development in the Russian Federation: operational and evolutionary records of non-parliamentary parties"). Research interests: political parties, party systems, political institutionalization, political regimes. Since 2008, he has been working as deputy head of the Analytical Center of the RODP "Yabloko".
