Born in 1987. From 2004 to 2009, he was a student at the Ural State Pedagogical University. He has been observing Russian elections since 2007 and participating in international observation since 2010. He's been a member of the "Golos" Association, then the "Golos" Movement (the Association and the Movement are included in the register of foreign agents) since 2010, acting as coordinator for Sverdlovsk Oblast since 2012. Between 2014 and 2022, he was most active in organizing field observations, arranging over 100 missions in 44 regions of Russia. During this time, he also participated in over 20 international observation missions in 14 different countries. Between 2011 and 2021 he was an active staff member of candidate headquarters during the signature collection period, responsible for signature verification, training of collectors and candidates. Since 2009, he has been actively covering elections in different countries on blogging platforms, social media, mass media and websites.
