Candidate of Historical Sciences, co-chair of Golos Movement for Defense of Voters’ Rights (included in the register of foreign agents by the Ministry of Justice of Russia). From 2010 to 2015, he taught at Polzunov Altai State Technical University (assistant, senior lecturer, assistant professor). From 2014 to 2017, he was chief of Siberian Anti-Corruption Center (a division of Transparency International – Russia), while also acting as a chair of Altai Krai Golos branch office. From 2017 to 2020, Stanislav was a member of Golos Movement Council, becoming the movement’s co-chair and chief of analytics in 2020.
